Unlike the common misperception, Kabbalah is anything but a quick-fix for pressing issues in our daily lives. Quite the contrary, Kabbalah is a lengthy process which accustoms us to see the inner dimension of our lives and the Creation at large, directing us not only to recognize our purpose in life, but rather to actually actively pursue it. By increasing awareness of our reason for being, the study of Kabbalah can help crystallize our priorities; which is helpful in all areas of life, but especially when seeking a life-long partner with whom to fulfill that purpose.

The search for one's soul-mate demands self-awareness and honesty. Settling for only one-dimension of another – or presenting only one dimension of oneself to a potential life-long partner – is in direct contradiction to the consciousness offered by the study of Kabbalah.

No "tricks" or magical incantations (or money paid for such "services") can substitute for deep self-transformation and the recognition of G-d's awesome ways. The secrets of Torah demonstrate that the most precious things, like one's soul-mate, cannot be found at a cursory glance, and that modesty and earnest prayer can help us connect to the source of all, from where all matches are made.

Torah
Torah is G–d’s teaching to man. In general terms, we refer to the Five Books of Moses as “The Torah.” But in truth, all Jewish beliefs and laws are part of the Torah.
Kabbalah
Jewish mysticism. The word Kaballah means "reception," for we cannot physically perceive the Divine, we merely study the mystical truths which were transmitted to us by G-d Himself through His righteous servants.
G-d
It is forbidden to erase or deface the name of G-d. It is therefore customary to insert a dash in middle of G-d's name, allowing us to erase or discard the paper it is written on if necessary.
