Aside for the fact that there are several important differences between the methods employed by doctors and the Halachically proper way to perform a Brit, in order for a circumcision to be (halachically) valid, it must be performed by a Torah observing Jew. Otherwise, blood must be drawn in a procedure called "hatafat dam brit." This won't be too painful, and your rabbi should be able arrange this for you.
