Why don't we speak after washing our hands before eating bread?

We wash our hands to cleanse them from any impurities they may have come in contact with beforehand. We are not supposed to interrupt between washing and eating because we might get distracted and unintentionally get our hands impure once again before eating.

We wash our hands bfore eating bread to cleanse them from any impurities they may have come in contact with beforehand
