How can I defend myself against Christian missionaries?

You may calmly and simply tell them that you aren't interested in their material and that you suggest they don't focus on Jews at all. Also, remember that many (if not all) of these missionaries are sincere people who are trying to do what they see as a good thing for G-d. So turn the tables on them! Instead of going into “defensive mode,” teach them G-d’s Will for Non-Jews: the Noahide Code. More often than not, you will be quite pleasantly surprised how receptive they will be to this.
