Kaddish Transliterated 

[Ed. note: the correct pronunciation for "ch" sounds like "ch" in the word Challah or the musician Bach]. 

Yeetgadal v'yeetkadash sh'mey rabbah. (Congregation says: Amen)
B'almah dee v'rah cheer'utey v' yamleech malchutei, v’yatzmach purkonei vikorov mishichei. (Cong: Amen)
b'chahyeychohn, uv' yohmeychohn, uv'chahyei d'chohl beyt Yisroel, ba'agalah u'veez'man kareev, v'eemru: Amein. (Cong: Amen, Y'hey sh'mey rabbah m'varach l'alam u'l'almey almahyah yeet'barakh,)
Y'hey sh'mey rabbah m'varach l'alam u'l'almey almahyah. Yeet'barach, v'yeesh'tabach, v'yeetpa'ar, v'yeetrohmam, v'yeet'nasei, v' yeet'hadar, v' yeet'aleh, v' yeet'halal sh'mey d'kudshah b'reech hoo. (Cong: Amen)
L'eylah meen kohl beerchatah v'sheeratah, toosh'b'chatah v'nechematah, da'ameeran b'al'mah, v'eemru: Amein. (Cong: Amen)

Kaddish Translated

Exalted and hallowed be His great Name. (Congregation says: Amen)
Throughout the world which He has created according to His will. May He establish His kingship, give blossom to His redemption and hasten  His Messiah. (Cong: Amen)
In your lifetime and in your days, and in the lifetime of the entire House of Israel, speedily and soon. And say: Amen. (Cong: Amen, May His great Name be blessed forever and to all eternity; blessed) 
May His great Name be blessed forever and to all eternity. Blessed and praised, glorified, exalted and extolled, honored, upraised and lauded be the Name of the Holy One, Blessed be He. (Cong: Amen)
Beyond all the blessings and songs, praises and consolations that are uttered in the world. And say: Amen. (Cong: Amen)
May there be abundant peace from Heaven, and a good life for us and for all Israel. And say: Amen. (Cong: Amen) 
He Who makes peace in His heights, may He make peace, for us and for all Israel. And say: Amen. (Cong: Amen)

Chabad, an acronym for Wisdom, Knowledge, and Understanding, is the name of a Chassidic Group founded in the 1770s. Two of the most fundamental teachings of Chabad are the intellectual pursuit of understanding the divine and the willingness to help every Jew who has a spiritual or material need.
A prayer sanctifying G-d's name which is sprinkled throughout the daily prayers and is recited by the leader of the services. This prayer is also recited by mourners during the first year of mourning, and on the anniversary of the death.
1. Additional name given by G-d to Patriarch Jacob. 2. A Jew who is not a Kohain or Levi (descendant of the Tribe of Levi).
