What should I do about the four cups if I can't tolerate alcohol?

It is preferable to finish the entire cup, but at least 1.46 ounces of wine must be drunk of each of the four cups. If one cannot stomach so much wine, one can substitute grape juice for the wine, and it is commendable to have at least a drop of wine in each cup.

Little children can drink as much (grape juice) as they wish. Once they are approaching bar or bat mitzvah age, they should be taught to drink the full amount of grape juice - unless they have already fallen asleep!

Mitzvah
(pl. Mitzvot). A commandment from G-d. Mitzvah also means a connection, for a Jew connects with G–d through fulfilling His commandments.
