Ed. note: During the Chupah the blessings are recited in this order, and blessing 1 and 2 are usually recited by the same person. Following Grace After Meals at the wedding or during the week of Sheva Brachot, blessing 1 is actually recited last and it is recited by the person leading the Grace. 

1. Baruch Ata Ado-nai Elo-heinu Melech HaOlam, Boreh Pri HaGafen.

Blessed are You, L-rd our G-d, King of the universe, who creates the fruit of the vine.

2. Baruch Ata Ado-nai Elo-heinu Melech HaOlam, SheHakol Barah Lichvodo

Blessed are You, L-rd our G-d, King of the universe, who has created all things for His glory.

3. Baruch Ata Ado-nai Elo-heinu Melech HaOlam, Yotzer Ha'Adam

Blessed are You, L-rd our G-d, King of the universe, Creator of man.

4. Baruch Ata Ado-nai Elo-heinu Melech HaOlam, Asher Yatzar Et Ha'Adam Betzalmo, b'Tzelem Dmut Tavnito, VeHitkon Lo Mimenu Binyan Adei Ad. Baruch Ata Ado-nai Yotzer Ha'Adam

Blessed are You, L-rd our G-d, King of the universe, who created man in His image, in the image [of His] likeness [He fashioned] his form, and prepared for him from his own self an everlasting edifice. Blessed are You L-rd, Creator of man.

5. Sos Tasis VeTagel HaAkarah, BeKibbutz Bane'ha Letocha BeSimchaa. Baruch Ata Ado-nai, Mesame'ach Tzion BeVaneha

May the barren one [Jerusalem] rejoice and be happy at the ingathering of her children to her midst in joy. Blessed are You L-rd, who gladdens Zion with her children.

6. Samach TeSamach Re'im Ahuvim, KeSamechacha Yetzircha BeGan Eden MiKedem. Baruch Ata Ado-nai, MeSame'ach Chatan VeKalah

Grant abundant joy to these loving friends, as You bestowed gladness upon Your created being in the Garden of Eden of old. Blessed are You L-rd, who gladdens the groom and bride.

7. Baruch Ata Ado-nai Elo-heinu Melech HaOlam, Asher Barah Sasson VeSimcha, Chatan VeKalah, Gila Rina, Ditza VeChedva, Ahava VeAchava, VeShalom VeRe'ut. MeHera  Ado-nai Elo-heinu Yishama BeArei Yehudah U'Vchutzot Yerushalayim, Kol Sasson V'eKol Simcha, Kol Chatan V'eKol Kalah, Kol Mitzhalot Chatanim MeChupatam, U'Nearim Mimishte Neginatam.  Baruch Ata Ado-nai MeSame'ach Chatan Im Hakalah.

Blessed are You, L-rd our G-d, King of the universe, who created joy and happiness, groom and bride, gladness, jubilation, cheer and delight, love, friendship, harmony and fellowship. L-rd our G-d, let there speedily be heard in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem the sound of joy and the sound of happiness, the sound of a groom and the sound of a bride, the sound of exultation of grooms from under their chupah, and youths from their joyous banquets. Blessed are You L-rd, who gladdens the groom with the bride.

Grace After Meals
Biblically mandated prayer, consisting of four blessings, recited after eating more than an ounce of bread.
Adam
The first man, created by G-d on the sixth day of creation. He was banished from the Garden of Eden after eating from the forbidden fruit of the forbidden knowledge. Died in 2830 BCE.
Jerusalem
Established by King David to be the eternal capital of Israel. Both Temples were built there, and the third Temple will be situated there when the Messiah comes.
Judah
1. The fourth son of Jacob and Leah. He was blessed by Jacob to be the leader of the tribes. Consequently, the Davidic royal dynasty is from the tribe of Judah. 2. The southern part of Israel which was occupied by the Tribes of Judah and Benjamin, and always remained under the reign of the kings from the tribe of Judah.
Chupah
Wedding canopy. Under this canopy, the groom betroths the bride with the customary ring, and the traditional marriage benedictions are recited.
G-d
It is forbidden to erase or deface the name of G-d. It is therefore customary to insert a dash in middle of G-d's name, allowing us to erase or discard the paper it is written on if necessary.
