Rabbi Wagner was born in Toronto, Canada and he studied at Yeshivot throughout the world. Together with his wife Runya and their three children, Rabbi Wagner founded and directs the Chabad Jewish Student Center @ the University of Southern California since 2000. Rabbi Wagner also worked as translator of Judaic texts from Yiddish and Hebrew to English including contributions to a compilation of Chassidic commentaries on the Torah; the 'Living Torah' video series; and the book 'Mind Over Matter' which is a presentation of the Rebbe's teachings regarding science and religion among others.
