Rabbi Yossi Mandel is a graduate of the Rabbinical College of America in Morristown, New Jersey, and received his ordination from the Chabad Rabbinate of Israel. He was born in Brooklyn, New York grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Caracas, Venezuela. Rabbi Mandel is currently director of the Chabad Jewish Center of Snohomish County, Washington.
